The promise

We replace the binder, the spreadsheet, and the night‑before scramble.

Compliance isn't a once-a-year scramble. It's a hundred small things, every week, in a specific state, with specific forms, with specific deadlines. We turn each one into a deadline, an alert, and a document — so you walk into inspection day already done.

Product

One platform. Every requirement. Always current.

From the rule book to the inspection PDF — the whole loop, automated.

Compliance dashboard

A live score. The next 90 days. The exact items that would fail today.

The first screen you see is the one you'd show an inspector. Every open item, sorted by urgency. Click any row, fix the gap, watch the score move.

Magic-link upload portal

Parents and staff upload from any phone. One tap. No app to install.

Send a magic link by SMS or email. They open it, snap the photo, done. Levelbrook AI reads the document, pulls the expiration date, and asks you to confirm.

Levelbrook AI

OCR that handles the paperwork.

Scans every uploaded doc. Extracts the type and the expiration date. You confirm — never type.

Staff & child files

Every cert and form tracked.

CPR, background checks, training hours, immunizations — by role, by state, in a ledger.

One-click PDF

The inspection binder you no longer maintain.

Every required document, in inspection order, in one PDF. Print or share.

Inspector Mode · the wow moment

Hand the iPad to the inspector. Walk away.

When the DCF Licensing Counselor walks in, you don't reach for a binder. You tap one button. The screen flips into the view they already know — and every line is green.

1 Tap "Open inspector view"

One button. The chrome drops.

Your dashboard becomes the formal record. Calm navy header, formal document names, every line item in CF-FSP 5316 order.

The seven moments

Seven moments where a tired director finally exhales.

Compliance software usually adds work. Levelbrook removes it — in seven specific places, on purpose.

Wow #1 · Live compliance score

"You're at 94. Here are the four things to fix."

A live 0-100 score against your state's real checklist. The four highest-impact gaps surfaced as one-tap actions. Not eighty widgets — a number, a verdict, and a to-do list.

Wow #2 · The text that closes the gap

"Sarah just got a text. Maria's CPR is in by 8pm."

Tap Send a reminder. Your staffer gets an SMS with a one-tap upload link. They snap a photo of the renewed card. Status flips from Expired to On file. You did nothing else.

Wow #3 · OCR that just works

"Levelbrook AI read this. Looks right?"

Every uploaded doc is read by AI — document type, expiration date, the lot. One-tap confirm or one-tap fix. You never type a date again.

Wow #4 · The parent magic link

"Liam's immunization is due. Tap to upload."

One SMS to the parent. They tap, snap a photo of the DH 680, done in under a minute. No app to install. No portal password.

Wow #5 · Inspector Mode

"Hand the iPad to the inspector. Walk away."

One tap and the screen becomes the formal record — calm navy header, formal document names, CF-FSP 5316 in inspector order. It looks like the DCF intranet on purpose.

Wow #6 · Sunday-night peace

"You're all set for the week."

One short email on Sunday evening. Your score. The seven things due in the next 30 days. And: "we're already chasing them." No anxiety. Just relief.

Wow #7 · One-call signup

"Card on file in 4 minutes."

Pricing page → Stripe checkout → ToS e-sign → onboarding wizard → first staff member added. Four minutes from "okay, I'll try it" to an active trial.

Why we built it

Compliance software was built for chains and franchises that hire a director of compliance. Levelbrook is built for the operator who's running the floor at 7 a.m., hiring at noon, and answering the licensing counselor at 3.

State by state

Florida is live. Texas and California are next.

Every state runs licensing differently. Levelbrook starts from each state's actual handbook and inspector checklist — not a generic rules engine. Florida is shipping today; Texas and California operators can join the list.

Common questions

What people ask before they sign up.

How fast can I be inspection-ready?

Most centers run Inspector Mode within an hour of signing up. Closing every open item depends on what's missing — but Levelbrook will tell you what those are on day one, so you're never surprised by a Licensing Counselor.

What states do you support?

Florida is live today. Texas and California are next. New York, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Georgia follow. If you operate somewhere else, tell us — we prioritize states based on real demand.

How does the 2-week trial work?

You add a card to start. We don't charge for 14 days — and we'll email you a few days before the first charge. Cancel any time during the trial and you're not billed. Your data stays put either way.

Can I export my data?

Yes. One-click export of every child file, staff file, and audit history. Your data leaves with you. No retention games.

What if I run a family child care home and $99 is a stretch?

Email [email protected] and tell us about your situation. We'd rather see you compliant than priced out.

Do you replace our enrollment / parent-engagement app?

No. Levelbrook is the compliance layer. Most centers run us alongside an enrollment or daily-communication tool. We pull rosters from CSV; deeper integrations are on the roadmap.

How do you handle our data?

Encrypted at rest and in transit. Hosted on AWS. Backups are encrypted and retained per a published schedule. See the security page and our privacy policy.
